Shipping policy
Domestic shipping rates (within the U.S.):
- $6 flat rate for standard shipping (2-8 days) of orders below $50,
- $8 flat rate for standard shipping (2-8 days) of orders $50-$75.99,
- $10 flat rate for standard shipping (2-8 days) of orders $76-$124.99,
- Free standard shipping (2-8 days) on all orders $125 and over, and
- $15 flat rate for expedited shipping (2-3 days).
Worldwide Shipping rates:
International orders are exempt from U.S. shipping rates (see above) and will be shipped at the risk of the customer. We cannot guarantee the time in which you will receive your order once it is shipped out. Customers ordering internationally will be responsible for the price of shipping, which is calculated during checkout based on shipping method, quantity, size, weight, and destination. Please be aware that customs / tarrifs / import duty fees may be applied to your order upon arrival at the destination, which we will not be responsible for. If your package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, it may be held at your local post office for you to pay customs fees.
If you choose shipping via USPS at checkout, tracking information will usually stop updating once it enters the destination country since it is handed off to your destination country's local postal office. It may take up to 1-6 weeks to receive your order.
Shipping Speed
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday and will typically ship within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. After shipment, you should receive your order within the time frame of the shipping option you chose at checkout, but please keep in mind that delays can happen due to the shipping company, the Holiday Season, the weather, etc. If there is a delay on our end we will be sure to notify you, but if the delay is due to the shipping company or something outside of our control then we will not be held responsible.
Tracking Number
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Payments
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Additional Notes
- Please double check your shipping address when you place your order as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
- The customer is responsible once the order is shipped. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once they are shipped.
- We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages after the order has shipped.
